National Integrity Title Agency (NITA) expanded its business development team by hiring Victoria Zabala. Her focus will be on building relationships through networking, signing on new accounts with Realtors then fostering the agent alliances with marketing assistance.
Zabala will work out of NITA’s headquarters in Marlton, N.J., and first concentrate on South Jersey.
“Victoria is one of a kind, thriving on the development of relationships that stand the test of time. In her first few weeks here, she has hit the ground running and is already making a difference,” NITA co-founder and CEO George Duffield Sr. said in a release.”
Prior to entering the title insurance industry, Zabala spent 11 years in the hospitality business, holding virtually every position from server and wedding coordinator to banquet sales to general manager.
“I attribute much of my success to learning on the job from an incredible group of mentors,” she said. “When I transitioned into sales, I began to thrive and now look forward to challenging my comfort zone and helping NITA grow.”
