Cleveland-based Anderson Biro, an executive recruiting firm specializing in the settlement services space, named Kent Bondi, the company’s longtime director of recruiting, an equity partner.
“Kent is an incredibly dedicated team player, and he is an achiever in all facets of the job. He produces for our team members, stakeholders and clients,” Anderson Biro co-founder Ryan Anderson said in a release. “He’s a perfect blend of a people person who has the attention to detail needed to succeed for what we do.”
“When we interviewed Kent more than 10 years ago to join our firm, we knew we had an opportunity in front of us,” co-founder Eric Biro said. “Ryan and I witnessed passion and drive that still stands today. Those traits have served Kent well as he’s gone from executive recruiter to now partner.”
Bondi started at Anderson Biro in 2011. He credits Anderson and Biro for instilling a strong internal work culture that has led to a successful environment for all team members.
“Eric and Ryan go above and beyond for their employees. They provide all of us with the tools to be successful, and we work hard to build each other up professionally and personally. There is never a dull moment here,” Bondi said. “The camaraderie throughout the team separates us from the rest. We have each other’s backs and work hard to get the job done for each other and our clients.”
This is the first time the company, founded in 2007, promoted someone to partner. Anderson said more team members could be elevated to partner in the future.
