Proliant Settlement Systems, a turnkey title company ownership system, added three industry veterans to its team. The new members include Veronica Booth as franchise coordinator, Sean Collins as training and development manager, and Dianna Gilbert as post-closing manager.
“We are excited to welcome Booth, Collins, and Gilbert to the Proliant team in their supporting roles for our franchise community,” Executive Vice President Mike Telford said in a release. “They are experts in their field, will help Proliant grow with their contributions, and deliver the service level expected by our franchisees.”
As franchise coordinator, Booth manages all onboarding responsibilities with new franchisees and ensures a smooth transition into title company ownership.
Collins, as training and development manager, manages all training curriculum, workshops and resources for new franchisees. He also provides ongoing training for new technology, best practices, and more.
As post-closing manager, Gilbert manages and oversees all post-closing and recording for Proliant franchisees.
