Title Alliance named Tiana Brown as general manager for Arizona. She will oversee all joint ventures in the state, ensure consistency across the company’s processes and procedures, handle agent relations and navigate partner requests, and have ultimate accountability for profit and loss within the state.
“I’m excited to have Tiana join our team and play an important role as we continue expanding our footprint in Arizona,” Title Alliance Chief Strategy Officer Lindsay Smith said in a release. “Tiana’s extensive background in general operations, banking and leadership, and process improvement experience working with small and large teams alike are what drew us to her. I am excited to watch Tiana reinforce our culture within our teams, and she gives them the platforms to continue to be successful.”
Brown has a background in banking, fintech and mortgage lending. She began her career with Bank of America and moved into the mortgage industry as a mortgage loan officer. She served in senior manager roles where she structured business strategies and implemented new processes and procedures for multiple organizations. Prior to joining Title Alliance, Brown served as director of consultant operations where she led operations for all consultant and analyst functions within a global banking and fintech firm.
“I’m thrilled to join Title Alliance and have the opportunity to make an impact on our teams and clients, and I look forward to helping the company grow,” she said. “I want to be a change agent and help my team understand the value they bring to our organization while helping to set each of them up for short- and long-term success.”
