The Fidelity National Financial (FNF) Family of Companies promoted Mary Pat Dunleavy to senior vice president and agency divisional manager for Florida and the title underwriter’s southwest and western regions. She will replace Executive Vice President John Obzud, who is retiring effective Jan. 1.
“Throughout her career, Mary Pat has displayed her exceptional leadership skills in every position she has held,” FNF Family of Companies President of National Agency Steve Day said in a release. “Mary Pat has been recognized throughout her career with numerous awards for her performance, most recently being annually recognized as a top performer for agency operations nationwide. I know she will continue to drive the exceptional growth of her division.”
Dunleavy started her career in the title industry in 1987 and has spent the last 23 years with FNF. Most recently, she served as co-manager of the Florida agency operations. The company’s other Florida co-managers, Rob Cohen and Craig Jontz, will assume additional responsibilities within the state.
“I am thrilled to take on this new role and wish John all the best in his retirement. He is a great colleague and an inspiring leader,” Dunleavy said. “This is an exciting time for the FNF team, and together, we’ll continue to work hard to make sure our agents have everything they need to succeed now and into the future. I love my Florida agents and look forward to working with title companies across the country to better serve customers in the modern marketplace with everything FNF offers them.”
