First National Title Insurance Co. (FNTI) unveiled FLEX by FNTI, its revamped title production services. FLEX will be led by a newly named national operations team: National Title Operations Manager, Business Development Kim Whitlock; National Title Operations Manager, Agency Development Nereida Almos; and National Title Services Administrator Baylee Cobb.
FLEX by FNTI is a flexible title production service focused on independent agents and built to help them and their business grow.
“We knew we needed to invest in additional resources for our agents, and title production services was at the top of the list,” FNTI President and CEO Chris Phillips said in a release. “One core mission and value of our company is our dedication to helping our independent agents grow. Offering services to help with this side of their business is crucial, and we know the platform and process we have been able to set up with FLEX is successful and has the ability to grow with us and our customers.”
Both Whitlock and Almos have extensive backgrounds in title production services and have worked together to create the company’s updated model. Whitlock will focus on the business development side, working with agents and vendors.
“Fast turn times and expansive coverage areas are what allow us to enable our agents to shine over their competition. Whether our agents need help year-round, or with overflow volume in their busiest months, we can help them,” Whitlock said.
Almos will oversee the agency side of operations, ensuring compliance, working with the department personnel, and reviewing processes.
“What agents need now may be something completely different in one to two years, which FLEX will be able to help with at all stages of their business,” Almos said. “We are now able to offer agents customized tools that can be flexible over time to help them and their business as they grow.”
Cobb, who has been with FNTI working primarily with Texas title production, will now work in a national capacity.
