Boston National Title of Texas (BNT) recently named Monica Middleton as executive vice president of the Austin region. She will work closely with BNT of Texas’ escrow officers and salespeople and focus on expanding the company’s footprint in central Texas, including Bastrop, Bell, Burnet, and Llano counties.
“Monica is a vital component of our title and mortgage business growth strategy for central Texas,” BNT Texas State President Danny Helms said in a release. “Her extensive industry relationships and ability to connect with people fits perfectly with BNT’s client-centric culture. I’m looking forward to seeing how her leadership skills bring our vision into focus.”
The fifth hire in the Austin area, Middleton has more than 30 years of industry knowledge in title, escrow, and business management. She had served as president of Capital Title’s Austin division.
“I am delighted to join the team at BNT of Texas,” Middleton said. “I look forward to not only growing our presence in Texas but providing exceptional value to our Realtors and lenders.”
BNT continues growing across Texas, opening locations in Southlake and Austin this summer. These offices will utilize BNT’s seven underwriter relationships to close purchase, refinance, commercial, private wealth, and REO deals.
