Cleveland-based executive recruiting firm Anderson Biro hired Katie Seavy as a new member of its research team. Northeast Ohio native Seavy is a legal and real estate research veteran through her work with local government.
“Katie is both a skilled researcher and a creative mind who can think on the fly and come up with solutions for our clients that they may have not thought of in the past,” Anderson Biro’s Director of Research Lucas Noble said in a release. “She is a great problem solver and loves connecting people, which is why she is a great asset to the Anderson Biro team.”
Seavy is familiar with both the title space and real estate following her last job where she researched tax foreclosures and abandoned properties for Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
“I love the opportunity to help people find their next jobs,” she said. “It makes me feel like the work I am doing is productive and worthwhile. It’s fun to research people — it’s like a little mystery I get to figure out — and then at the end I get to help people find a job that better suits them.”
Seavy is the third person to join the Anderson Biro research team in the last six months. Matthew Rodriguez and JT Godfrey were hired late last year.
“We pride ourselves on our ability to break out a given market across the country and fully understand the major companies and talent located there. With Matthew, JT and now Katie on board, we can do this more quickly and for more clients while still maintaining our high company standards for every client and search,” Noble said.
