CATIC recently appointed two employees to senior management roles.
Michael Savenelli, former vice president of operations, Rocky Hill, Conn., is the new senior vice president and chief operating officer. He has been a part of the title industry for more two decades and joined the CATIC family in 2016. In his most recent role with CATIC, Savenelli oversaw operations at corporate headquarters and activities in member/agent services, title services, release tracking services, agency sales, records management and lender relations.
“I am truly excited about widening my role at CATIC and working with our amazing team to expand and grow CATIC into the title insurance gold standard for our agents and employees,” he said.
“I have worked with Mike for over 25 years, and his knowledge of our industry and his pragmatic approach to problem solving is unsurpassed,” CATIC President and CEO James M. Czapiga said in a release. “In addition, with his solid background in sales, Mike understands our agents’ point of view and what is needed to make it easy for them to work with us. He has been instrumental in CATIC’s growth.”
Former Vice President of Agency Operations Edward Forristall is the company’s new senior vice president and chief revenue officer. He has been with CATIC for more than 10 years, and in his most recent role he oversaw offices throughout the eastern U.S.
“Ed is one of the most well-rounded title professionals I have worked with in my career,” Czapiga said. “His energy and creativity in agency development have fueled CATIC’s growth over the last several years.”
“I am excited to build upon the company’s impressive growth in our existing and expanding footprints while developing new products and services that will enhance our current and future agents’ ability to survive and thrive in this ever-changing real estate market,” Forristall said.
