Atlanta-based real estate law firm Cook & James recently announced three executive moves.
The executive moves involve Richard Staniszewski, Brook Zink, and Jamie DiGregory.
The company said Staniszewski has become vice president of client success, a role more focused on sales and client development. Zink was promoted to the role vacated by Staniszewski, vice president of operations.
Additionally, DiGregory was promoted to Zink’s former position, director of operations.
“Despite the unsettled nature of 2020, we experienced significant growth in large part thanks to the leadership of Richard, Brook and Jamie,” Kara Cook, co-founding partner at Cook & James, said in a release. “We are delighted to kick off the new year by recognizing this trio of professionals with well-deserved promotions.”
Staniszewski has been with the firm since 2012, working closely with founders Cook and Heather James to develop the firm’s strategy, growth and scale as well as superior corporate culture and client service operations. The company said Staniszewski will work hand-in-hand with the entire Cook & James team to ensure excellence is at the forefront of each and every sales and client development interaction.
Cook & James said Zink assumed a broader responsibility to implement the partners’ vision for all aspects of the firm’s operations.
The company said DiGregory has been responsible for record-breaking volume and implementing numerous policies and procedures that allowed the entire team to consistently exceed expectations.
“I join Kara in congratulating Richard, Brook and Jamie,” James said. “Each one of our team members is integral to our success, but today we specifically recognize the key role these three people have played to expand and develop our firm. These pros exemplify our company culture and we heartily thank them.”
