SYNRGO Inc. announced the launch of PostClosing+ in a press release.
The company said it has incorporated advanced automation into its PostClosing+ software.
The company said PostClosing+ includes advanced automation capabilities that streamline repetitive manual post-closing tasks.
“We’re excited to introduce advanced automation software to the market that manages the document flow between the consumer, the notary, and the lender. Coupled with our highly experienced post-closing staff, we are providing the tools and services that the market needs to support the high transaction volumes in the industry,” SYNRGO President Ben Sherman said.
The company says the new application will consolidate quality-control tracking information relevant to all stages of the post-closing process. The company said title companies can either use the application outright or integrate with it.
“By utilizing automated workflows and advanced APIs, SYNRGO can directly integrate with our customers’ title software,” Vice President of Technology at SYNRGO Shawn Roney said. “This direct connection allows us to deliver, track, and update post-closing files securely in real-time without the hassle of multiple logins.”
