New Jersey-based Counsellors Title Agency, Inc. recently expanded its team with the addition of a title officer and announced two promotions.
The company said Sandy Blatchford was promoted to vice president and Veronica Tobia was promoted to closing department manager. Counsellors said it hired Barry Pawlowski as a title officer.
“Our company’s vision is to become New Jersey’s most respected agency, and that is only possible by adding to our core team exceptional professionals who raise our benchmark and reputation for delivering the most reliable service possible,” founder and President Ralph Aponte said in a release. “Barry’s industry experience matches our company culture of excellence.”
Pawlowski has more than three decades of title industry experience. His previous experience included working for a large title insurance company in New York.
“We are delighted to have Barry join Counsellors,” Aponte said. “His expertise will allow us to continue to provide a superior level of service to our expanding client base which covers most of New Jersey’s 21 counties.”
The company said Blatchford will continue to manage the office and assist in corporate business matters. It said Tobia’s “hard work, attention to detail and overall team leadership provided a sustained quality of product.”
