The National Association of Realtors (NAR) recently announced additions to its digital and information technology (IT) teams.
NAR said Roland Varesko will become vice president of digital strategy; and Faisal Ghauri will become vice president of IT.
“Roland brings a wealth of experience to lead and improve digital strategy for our marketing, communications and events management team,” NAR Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Victoria Gillespie said in a release. “With Roland’s unique skillset, he will add depth to our digital capabilities and continue to strengthen members’ experiences with NAR through a variety of communication channels based on user preferences.”
Varesko has more than 20 years of digital marketing experience. He will develop and deliver NAR’s digital presence and user experience across all digital touchpoints and platforms.
Ghauri has more than 18 years of management, strategy, development, and operations experience. He will lead the association’s overall security and business strategy of IT systems.
“Faisal is the ideal candidate to lead NAR’s IT systems,” Chief Financial Officer John Pierpoint said. “His prior experiences successfully leading global teams and implementing new technology are unparalleled.”
