Simplifile has expanded its eRecording network with the addition of 46 recording jurisdictions in 13 states, the company announced.
“eRecording continues to gain traction for the efficiencies, cost savings and convenience it delivers to recording jurisdictions nationwide, and to this day, it is one of the most widely adopted digital processes in the real estate supply chain,” Simplifile President Paul Clifford said in a release.
“Last year, Simplifile achieved a significant milestone, having deployed our eRecording platform in 50 percent of all U.S. recording jurisdictions, and in 2019, we look forward to helping the remaining 50 percent realize the tremendous benefits eRecording provides.”
In addition to 23 counties in North Dakota, Simplifile’s newest additions are Carroll County, Henry County, Morgan County and Moultrie County in Illinois; Gibson County and Sullivan County in Indiana; Neosho County and Reno County in Kansas; and Presque Isle County in Michigan.
