North American Title Co. (NATC) has promoted Kim Melberg to division manager, Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano counties in California, the company announced.
NATC said Melberg has more than 25 years of business development, management and training experience in title, real estate and lending, and has worked with the company since 2016 as a national sales trainer.
“Kim’s broad industry experience across title, real estate and lending makes her ideal to lead our team in this region,” NATC regional president Dia Demmon said in a release. “Her signature ability to promote a culture of expertise and continuous learning will bring immense value to our customers and their clients in these three Bay area counties.”
Prior to joining NATC, Melberg worked as an enterprise sales trainer and program manager for a national title company. She also has worked as a real estate agent and loan officer in Santa Rosa, Calif.
“My experience as a real estate agent and loan officer will be crucial, as I work with our branch offices to develop relevant solutions and insight that will foster our customers’ success,” Melberg said. “My ultimate goal as a manager is to arm my associates and our customers with tools that can make them more effective and competitive in this exciting market.”
Melberg will be based in Concord, Calif.
