Freddie Mac has approved Docutech’s Solex eClose platform for eClosing, eVault and eNote capabilities, the company announced.
Lenders now are able to use Docutech’s Solex eClose to originate and expedite delivery of eMortgages to the largest secondary loan purchasers.
“Docutech is honored to have our Solex eClosing solution now also approved by Freddie Mac,” Docutech President and CEO Amy Brandt said in a release. “With increasing industry adoption of eMortgage technologies coupled with innovative lenders spearheading the process, consumers are increasingly able to enjoy a much more streamlined digital mortgage experience.”
Docutech said Solex enables lenders to accelerate and streamline the loan process from application to closing and reduce cycle times from closed loan to investor purchase through secure generation, delivery, signature, close, transfer and storage of electronic loan documents.
Docutech’s platform also enables lenders to securely close and register electronic notes on the MERS eRegistry.
