Employees and friends from all of The Shaddock Companies joined together in a generous outpouring of love and support to raise a total of $100,100 for their fellow team members impacted by Hurricane Harvey and the resulting floods. Many of these families lost everything they owned due to this historic devastation.
Employees donated almost $40,000 to the fund, which was matched dollar-for-dollar by Capital Title. Commerce Title also made a significant contribution, and Bill Shaddock generously donated the rest of the money needed to meet the goal of $100,000 distributed to 24 employees and their families based on their need.
Monetary donations collected were in addition to truckloads full of other supplies and needed items previously collected by Shaddock Companies’ employees and friends from across the state. Donations were made to the employees and their families in the Houston, Orange and Beaumont areas.
