Winners of the Law Firm 500’s annual top 500 growth awards are determined by cold, hard evidence: revenues. This year, Holler Law Firm came in at #64 on the 2017 list; making the prestigious cut of the top 100 its very first year as a Law Firm 500 entrant. The Milford, Connecticut firm, first started by its eponymous principal in 2009, grew 174 percent over the past 12 months.

Holler Law Firm’s primary clientele are regional and national title services companies that hire his teams to perform attorney-led commercial and residential purchase and refinance closings on behalf of lenders, real estate agents and asset managers. Real estate closings are notoriously pressure-packed. Each is a complicated orchestration of tasks and documentation from innumerable parties that often comes together at the last minute. The enactment of the TILA “TRID” 3-day closing disclosure law in 2015 compressed the timeline even more by requiring that closing documents be received by home buyers or owners (in the case of a refinance) three business days prior to the consummation.
To say George Holler and his firm will go above and beyond for their clients is an understatement. Recently, he gained admittance to the Georgia and West Virginia bars in order to better support his national clients by opening practices in those states.
