LoanScorecard has hired Gerald Casey as managing director, capital markets, the company announced.
In his new position, Casey will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities with originators, aggregators and issuers of non-agency assets, as well as developing and executing strategies to maximize revenues of non-agency capital market participants and investors. He will report to LoanScorecard Executive Director Ben Wu.
“LoanScorecard is committed to supporting capital and secondary market players as they expand their non-agency and portfolio offerings,” Wu said in a release. “Adding a leader with Gerald’s experience will allow us to better serve our clients by providing strategic solutions that make their businesses more efficient and effective.”
Casey has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry as a fixed income, residential whole loan trading and technology professional. Prior to joining LoanScorecard, Casey was managing director at Hudson Advisors/Lone Star Funds.
