Fitch report touts capital increases, surplus growth in title industry

Fitch Ratings released a report to note the title insurance industry’s huge upgrade spike in capitalization in 2012, compared to 2011. The company cited its risk-adjusted capital measurement, which takes into account a variety of financial and industry measures.
