ONTITLE National Settlement Services and ClosingCorp announced that they have signed an agreement regarding the joint development of next‐generation automated settlement technology. ONTITLE and ClosingCorp plan to jointly develop a self-service automated settlement generator, by each using their core technologies and workflow capabilities. The collaboration and development of this technology will serve the needs of ONTITLE’s CloseSmart Platform and expand the product offering of ClosingCorp’s existing technology products.
