Security Title Guarantee hires state manager for Pennsylvania

The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore announced the hiring of David M. Dwyer as its Pennsylvania state manager. He will be charged with signing new agents and servicing the existing agency base in the state. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, management and title plant systems, Dwyer is an ideal fit for expanding Security Title’s presence in Pennsylvania.
