Saad & Kraus name new associate

Saad & Kraus PL, a Naples-Fla.-based law firm focusing on real estate and business law, announced the addition of Stephen Peterson to its staff. A graduate of Clearwater Christian College with a BS in Business Administration in 2006, Peterson graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law with a juris doctor and Masters in Business Administration in 2011. Peterson comes to Saad & Kraus PL with experience as a litigator having represented both lending institutions and borrowers in the foreclosure process. He practices in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, including foreclosure and quiet title and landlord/tenant disputes. Saad & Kraus focus on foreclosure defense, corporate law, real estate — including purchase, sale and lease of both residential and commercial properties — and landlord tenant law.
