The company has a history rooted in the 30A area of Florida, located along the Gulf coast, and this newest office will reside in the Redfish Village.
Emerald Coast Title Services Founder and President Delys Dearmon is a licensed Texas attorney and a Florida title agent with more than 30 years in the business. Her experience includes commercial and residential construction litigation, land acquisition and construction loans.
