FNC Title Services LLC has added Patrick Naughton to its underwriting department. Naughton will specifically focus on underwriting home equity conversion mortgage transactions (HECM). FNC Title Services, located in Rockville, Md., is a nationwide title insurance provider.
Naughton has more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel for all aspects of commercial and residential settlements, underwriting and real property issues. Naughton is an active attorney at law with his practice concentrated in Real Property Law. His work experience extends from the Chicago Title Insurance Co., to First American Title Insurance Co. and Stewart Guaranty Co.
Upon enlisting Naughton, Chief Executive Officer and Founder Ali Farahpour announced that, “FNC is happy to have Patrick aboard the growing team. We welcome his outstanding underwriting expertise and 20 plus years of experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions.”
