Title Alliance, Ltd. has appointed Warren Cook as its director of human resources, the company announced.
Title Alliance said Cook will be responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the human resources and training departments, and will work closely with the leadership team to streamline processes and procedures to enhance talent acquisition, orientation, and all strategic, administrative, and compliance aspects of both functions.
“We saw a need to greatly enhance the support our teams were receiving through both a human resource and training perspective,” Title Alliance CEO Jim Campbell said in a release. “After meeting with Warren and his team, it was apparent to me that his skill sets aligned with our needs and that the changes he could implement would make an immediate impact. We are confident that our partnership together will allow for Title Alliance and our affiliates to continue to grow as leaders in the industry.”
Title Alliance said Cook has experience as an HR generalist, manager, and consultant in the pharmaceutical industry. He has owned and operated numerous staffing and consulting firms.
“I am pleased to have the opportunity to serve Title Alliance in the capacity of director of human resources,” Cook said. “I will provide strategic human capital management leadership which in simple terms translates into enhanced HR service delivery to ensure the workforce is provided all of the programs, processes, and support to be successful in achieving the mission and vision of Title Alliance.”
