ServiceMac has selected Black Knight’s MSP system to support the company’s mortgage servicing needs, both companies announced.
ServiceMac said it will use Black Knight’s system to provide its clients with a robust, scalable and cost-effective servicing process, with a focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
“We looked at every mortgage servicing platform on the market,” ServiceMac President and CEO Bob Caruso said in a press release. “After significant due diligence, it was clear that MSP was the best option.
“The long-term commitment Black Knight makes to its clients, and its focus on delivering innovative solutions represents exactly the provider we were looking for,” Caruso added. “Additionally, for more than 25 years in this industry, I’ve watched Black Knight build its reputation on successful conversions, superior client support and helping its clients achieve cost goals.”
MSP is an end-to-end servicing system used by financial institutions to service more than 34 million active loans. It helps clients manage all servicing processes – from loan boarding and payment processing to escrow administration and default management.
“ServiceMac is poised to be a very successful mortgage servicer due to its customer-focused business model, strong leadership and expertise in the industry,” Black Knight President Joe Nackashi said. “We are delighted ServiceMac selected Black Knight as it enters the market and prepares for growth. We look forward to a long and successful relationship.”
