North American Title Co. (NATC) has named Julie Stevenson Shroyer assistant vice president/division sales manager for its Sacramento region. She brings nearly 25 years of experience to her position.
“I am looking forward to building the title company of the future with the extraordinary people at North American Title,” Shroyer said in a press release. “After working for the largest insurers in the nation, I have seen first-hand the need for change and innovation in our industry, and I am excited to be part of the visionary team that is defining the future for our industry.”
Shroyer has extensive experience in mortgage and title insurance. She began her career in the title industry in 1995, working as a regional sales manager for a national title company, serving commercial, resale and lender professionals. For three years, she worked as a regional sales manager for another title company, before making the leap to lending in 2014, when she took a position as retail business development manager for Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc.
Since then, she worked for Big Valley Mortgage as director of strategic partnerships, overseeing the company’s key clients from Fresno to Reno encompassing over 60 branches throughout Northern California and the Central Valley.
“Julie is a trusted leader, passionate about what she does and committed to helping others fulfill their potential,” NATC Division Manager Brynn Powers said. “We are excited that Julie will be bringing her leadership strength and vision, to grow and lead our sales team as we lead the transformation of the title insurance industry.”
