Title Alliance, Ltd has hired Patti J. DeGennaro as senior operations manager and process specialist, the company announced.
DeGennaro worked at Title Alliance for nearly three decades from 1985 until 2013, serving as a partner and chief operations officer.
“We knew we needed someone with both a strong understanding of our company, but also the knowledge to institute change,” Title Alliance Regional Director Michele Rist said in a release. “It is a no brainer to me to have Patti join our team. She has an in-depth knowledge of setting companies up and building systems to streamline efficiencies and procedures. I’m confident she’ll make a significant impact on our company with the processes she’ll be working with this year and beyond.”
Prior to rejoining the company, DeGennaro completed multiple user manuals: customized training manuals for software platforms and several instructional training videos on various elements of the life of a file. Additionally, she has served as a consultant and expert witness during arbitration.
In her new role at Title Alliance, DeGennaro will focus on streamlining the company’s Central Processing Unit.
“When approached about the position, it felt very natural to me,” DeGennaro said. “I’ve had the opportunity to see and witness many things in the industry over the last few years, and I’m excited about bringing knowledge of various techniques and tools back to Title Alliance in order to strengthen and streamline their operational processes while keeping the integrity of the Title Alliance model intact. It feels like I’m coming home, and I couldn’t be more excited.”
