WFG National Title Insurance Co. has appointed Gregg Christensen senior business development officer for its New York City-based national commercial services division, the company announced.
Christensen’s focus will be securing, developing and managing client relationships with principals, lenders, developers, brokers, attorneys and other stakeholders within the commercial real estate sector.
“We’re thrilled to have Gregg on board to help us continue our national expansion here in the Northeast,” WFG Director of Commercial Services Len Franco said in a release. “His tremendous success in building relationships and his intense focus on the client relationship throughout all phases of the transaction are a huge benefit to both WFG and our clients. It’s an exciting time of growth for WFG, and we see this as a major step toward our goals.”
WFG said Christensen has more than 25 years of commercial real estate and title insurance experience. Prior to joining WFG, he worked with the national commercial services team of a national title insurer. Before that, Christensen served as publisher and senior vice president of sales for ALM Real Estate Media Group.
