CATIC has hired Damon Carter as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, the company announced.
“We are thrilled to have Damon join our team,” CATIC President and CEO James M. Czapiga said in a release. “The depth of his knowledge and experience will be invaluable to the company as we continue to grow and meet and address future challenges.”
CATIC said Carter has more than 20 years of experience in human resource leadership, including talent management, strategic workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Carter previously served as senior director, human resources at Aetna, where he was responsible for developing and delivering innovative human capital strategies for the Information Technology organization. He also has held human resources leadership roles with Express Scripts, General Electric, United Technologies Corp. and DaimlerChrysler.
