Virginia-based reQuire LLC, the nation's leading online release tracking and reporting company, announced a new chief operating officer and the appointment for a new chief strategy officer position. Amy Plew has joined the company as chief operating officer; Pat Carney has been appointed chief strategy officer.
As COO, Plew is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of reQuire's human resources, sales, marketing, and operations departments. In her new role, she will focus on the optimization and improvement of business practices. This includes managing each department and meeting with directors to discuss growth strategies, fiscal matters and corporate developments.

With more than 20 years of administrative and operations management experience, Plew's background includes various roles in executive managerial services. She has held positions in finance, marketing and sales and has worked as vice president for an event management company. Prior to joining the reQuire Team, Plew started her own administrative consulting firm specializing in executive administrative services and operational efficiencies.
In his role as chief strategy officer, Carney will be responsible for overseeing reQuire's overall strategic initiatives aligned with the company's goals for growth. In keeping with reQuire's mission to be the trusted resource for services and solutions that connect and protect the parties and their interests within a real estate transaction, he will drive decision making to support organizational strategic development.

Prior to joining reQuire, Carney was a performance consultant working with title and other real estate industry related companies managing projects on both business and technology levels including software development and implementation. He has also owned and operated multiple successful title companies. Further, hewas a performance consultant for one of the largest underwriters in the country, and has held the title of CTO and director of marketing for several large title companies.
