TitleWave Real Estate Solutions has appointed new regional managers for the Midwest, the Southeast Mid-Atlantic, and the state of Pennsylvania, the company announced.
Bob Richards was appointed to lead the Midwest. For the past nine years, he has served as vice president and Midwest regional manager. In his new role, Richards will focus on expanding the TitleWave brand in Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. TitleWave said Richards has 32 years of title and financial-related experience related to agency, direct operations, plant management and title production.
Christine LaChance was appointed vice president and Southeast Mid-Atlantic (SEMA) regional manager. LaChance joined Fidelity National Financial (FNF) in May 2017 and has been serving as the vice president of client relations and customer service for TitleWave Southeast. TitleWave said LaChance has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. In her role, she will be responsible for oversight of TitleWave operations in Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina.
Shelby Shepro joined FNF as vice president, Pennsylvania state manager for TitleWave. The company said Shelby has more than 25 years of experience in the title and real estate industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the existing Pennsylvania TitleWave production centers located in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Media.
“We are confident that these recent appointments will allow us to better execute to our title strategy and further our position in making TitleWave the preferred provider for independent agents,” FNF Executive Vice President John Walsh said in a release.
