Title Alliance (TA) launched a free eBook containing tips for industry success as part of its ongoing 75th-anniversary celebration this year.
The eBook is written by Lindsay Smith, who serves as Title Alliance’s chief strategy officer. It focuses on how the company has built its culture and uses it in recruitment and training.
Title Alliance leadership said they want readers to take away lessons they can apply to their own operations.
“Culture is paramount in the TA recruiting process,” Smith said in a release. “Yes, we want people who understand the expectations of a position and have the skills to get the job done. However, it’s just as important to find people who fit what we do here at Title Alliance and will be great members of the team. Title Alliance provides a family-oriented culture while having a corporate infrastructure that allows for stability and strength, and we want people who want to immerse themselves in us as an organization.”
Commitment to core values, fostering a connected work environment across multiple states, being a good community partner and having a “VividVision” are highlighted by Smith as “secret sauce” tips for success.
Smith has previously shared that “VividVision” approach on various stages in the title industry as a regular presenter at national conventions.
“We love sharing the Title Alliance story with our partners, customers and even strangers,” she said. “When you give the right people the tools and opportunities they need to succeed, it benefits everyone involved. We’ve been lauded for what we do – including being named a top workplace in Greater Philadelphia – and we want to keep that momentum going into our next 75 years.”
Founded in Pennsylvania in 1948, Title Alliance started exclusively focusing on joint ventures in 1983. In 2022, Title Alliance expanded operations to Alaska and Nevada and operates in 12 states.
