Title insurance and escrow agency company Title Alliance, Ltd., recently appointed two new managers.
As Title Alliance’s training and implementation manager, Brooke Boyd will oversee all software training and the implementation of new technology and procedures. She also will travel across the country to ensure successful training and lead the implementation of software rollouts.
“At Title Alliance, we aim to hire individuals like Brooke, who set high standards and goals for themselves and their coworkers,” Chief Implementation Officer Patti DeGennaro said in a release. “Title Alliance is very lucky to have such a talented training manager, and we look forward to the wealth of experience Brooke will bring to the role.”
Boyd has 28 years of experience as an escrow officer, software trainer, implementation manager and project manager for real estate, title and escrow, and closing companies throughout the country.
“Title Alliance provides great support and commitment to their new team members’ success, which is why I’m excited to bring my experience with software, leadership and training to the team,” Boyd said.
Lori Reilly has been appointed area operations manager and will oversee three of Title Alliance’s Pennsylvania companies: Devon Abstract, First Land Transfer and Chesco Settlement Services. She will manage day-to-day operations and train employees.
“We are excited to expand Lori’s role and have her lead our teams,” CEO Jim Campbell said. “We have seen tremendous growth and success under her leadership at Devon Abstract, and we are confident she will continue to play an important role in our commitment to ensuring an exceptional closing experience for agents and their clients.”
Reilly has more than 35 years of experience in the title industry, starting her career as an administrator and conveyancer for a Pennsylvania title company. In her 11 years with Title Alliance, Reilly served as manager at Devon Abstract.
“I’m very excited for the new role and responsibilities and to be able to lead our teams and watch the companies grow,” she said. “I look forward to making an impact on our team members and our customers.”
