Sean Culhane joined Stewart as agency services manager for Mississippi. He is a licensed attorney with more than 15 years of experience in the title industry.

He began his legal career in private practice before he joined Stewart Title of Louisiana (now Title Stream) as managing attorney from 1998-2001. Most recently, Culhane was Mississippi state manager for First American Title, overseeing offices and employees throughout the states, serving as an in-house claims counsel and managing budgets and customer relationships.
He is 2013-2014 president-elect of the North Jackson, Miss., Rotary Club, and has been a member of their board of directors since 2007. He is also president-elect of the Fox Bay Owners Association in Brandon, Miss.
Stewart Title Guaranty Co. also named Rolf Lindberg senior underwriter. He started working in real estate law in 1987. After a career in private practice, he joined Stewart in 2000 as an underwriting and claims counsel. Most recently, he served as state counsel for Minnesota and Wisconsin.
“Rolf is an outstanding, experienced underwriter whose skills, knowledge and reliability allow him to provide timely and thoughtful guidance and direction to our offices and agencies,” said Marsha Laner, senior vice president, senior underwriting counsel. “As senior underwriter, he will help steer our offices and independent agencies through high-liability transactions and will be a valuable asset in our interactions with customers.”
Lindberg holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctorate cum laude from the William Mitchell of Law. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He was also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in Minnesota. He is certified as a real property specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
