SoftPro has integrated CloseSimple’s text messages, branded emails and tracking capabilities into its platform, the companies announced.
“SoftPro’s integration with CloseSimple helps our customers deliver an enhanced closing experience through the automated text, email, and tracking capabilities of CloseSimple,” SoftPro Chief Customer Officer Patrick Hempen said in a release. “We constantly strive to seek out integrations that make our customers look good to their customers, and CloseSimple fits that mold.”
CloseSimple said its fully customized and branded email and timelines help settlement agents differentiate themselves while increasing transparency throughout the closing process for Realtors, lenders and consumers.
“We got into this business to help title companies communicate better during the closing process, because if someone can track a $10 pizza, why shouldn’t they also be able to know the status of a $500,000 home closing?” CloseSimple co-founder Bill Svoboda asked. “Combined with SoftPro’s automation, we are excited to make communicating the closing process even easier.”
