Utah-based SimpleNexus recently filled several senior-level positions, including chief sales officer and a vice president of people operations, the company announced.
“An organization’s hires tell a story. SimpleNexus has created five new positions to reinvest in our customers and ensure we are exceeding their expectations,” SimpleNexus President and Chief Operating Officer Ben Miller said in a release. “We are delighted to expand our senior leadership team with talented professionals who share our love for the customer.”
The company said Chuck Staib was hired as chief sales officer. He will mentor and guide the sales department. Prior to joining SimpleNexus, Staib advised international government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and marquis financial services firms including Goldman Sachs, the Pacific Stock Exchange and JPMorgan Chase. Staib is a founder of Park City Partners, a Utah-based business accelerator.
The company said John Aslanian was hired as senior vice president of sales. He will work closely with the enterprise sales and account management teams to communicate SimpleNexus’ value to prospects and achieve revenue goals. Aslanian previously served as vice president of sales at Ellie Mae and Del Mar Data Trac.
SimpleNexus said Anna Ratanawan was hired as vice president of people operations. She was promoted from head of people operations. Ratanawan will oversee talent acquisition, career development and company culture initiatives. Before joining SimpleNexus, she held senior HR positions at Jane.com and Workfront, an enterprise business management platform.
Pam Faulkner was hired as director, mortgage solutions. She will advise lenders on how they can maximize their implementation of SimpleNexus.
Faulkner previously served at Ellie Mae, RCM Technologies and MortgageFlex Systems.
The company said Sol Klein was hired as director of implementation. Before joining SimpleNexus, Klein held senior advisory consultant roles at Ellie Mae.
