Lone Wolf has integrated RamQuest’s title, closing, and escrow accounting solutions into its platform, the companies announced.
The integration allows users of Lone Wolf’s zipForm to access RamQuest's Closing Market and its network of integrated service providers.
Through the integration, agents can request a title order, send documents, send and receive secure notes, and receive status updates. Title companies will be able to receive initial orders and real-time updates, and will become available as title service providers to Lone Wolf’s customer base.
“We’re so excited to introduce this incredible service into our Marketplace," Lone Wolf President and CEO Jimmy Kelly said in a release. “As buyers and sellers return to the market, it’s going to be more important than ever to protect their investments.
“This integration with RamQuest helps agents do that — serve and protect their buyers and sellers in a digital environment, without ever needing to leave their transaction solution,” Kelly said.
Lone Wolf’s Marketplace also includes Earnnest, eCommission, Updater, PrestoIntelligence, and EyeSpy360.
“We’re thrilled to join Lone Wolf’s Marketplace,” RamQuest Senior Vice President Laura Mowrer said. “RamQuest is focused on providing the absolute best for our customers — so they’re equipped to succeed, no matter how competitive or challenging the business environment. We’re confident this new partnership will help us continue to do that as real estate evolves into its new normal, and long into the future.”
Jason Cheverton, Lone Wolf’s vice president of strategic channels, said the integration demonstrates two companies collaborating to solve a problem for customers.
“We built Marketplace to curate everything a real estate agent needs to manage transactions online from start to finish, and title orders are crucial in that equation,” Cheverton said. “RamQuest is a perfect representation of what Marketplace means for the real estate industry — bringing the best in tech to agents and brokerages, so they can amaze their clients and provide the ultimate real estate experience at every step.”
Lone Wolf provides residential real estate software, serving more than 1.4 million real estate professionals across the U.S. and Canada.
