homegenius, a subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. which combines title, real estate and technology products and services into one system, reached an agreement with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Through the agreement, homegenius will enable HomeServices’ agents, brokers and owners to access its property intelligence engine, geniusprice.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ 50,418 U.S.-based agents represented nearly $180 billion in real estate sales volume in 2021.
