Proliant Settlement Systems has named Bill Haider vice president of franchise sales, the company announced.
In his new position, Haider will be responsible for developing Proliant’s growth strategy, initially focusing on Michigan and expanding into other states in 2019.
“We are excited to have signed Bill as our vice president of franchise sales. He’s a well-connected real estate veteran in the Metro Detroit region, and Mr. Haider brings to us his seasoned skills in networking, lead pursuance and ultimately, franchise recruitment, which will contribute to the overall growth of our company,” Proliant President Michael Strat said in a release. “We are confident, under his leadership, Proliant will reach its growth goals in the near future.”
Proliant said Haider is an expert in title insurance and settlement services, with more than 25 years of sales and operational experience in real estate, mortgage and title insurance services.
“I am honored to join Proliant Settlement Systems as their vice president of franchise sales. They have been doing a great job in launching their model and introducing the concept. I am convinced that, with Proliant, many aspiring entrepreneurs will able to launch their own compliant title company quickly and without the enormous cash outlay traditionally associated with start-up,” Haider said. “As the vice president of franchise sales of the company, I am excited to take on this new role and responsibilities and help grow this model and organization into a nationally recognized franchise brand.”
