Eshelman, who joined the company in 2018 as operations manager, will oversee training, consulting, and support for all Proliant franchisees across Michigan and Florida.
Eshelman has more than six years of experience in the title services industry, providing internal support for various title companies. Leaders said she has been instrumental in developing and implementing Proliant’s comprehensive training program.

We are thrilled to have her as our new VP of operations and look forward to her continued contributions to our company and our franchisees.”
As vice president of operations, Eshelman will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of Proliant’s services and products, as well as providing ongoing guidance and support for franchisees. She will also work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to further expand Proliant’s presence and reputation in the title industry.
“I am honored and excited to take on this new role and challenge,” Eshelman said. “I love working with our franchisees and helping them achieve their goals and dreams of owning and operating their own title company. Proliant is a great company with a great culture and vision, and I am proud to be a part of it.”
