As part of a restructuring of its Services business, the Radian Group Inc. has eliminated the position of president at its wholly owned subsidiary Clayton Holdings LLC and announced the pending departure of Jeff Tennyson.
Radian’s CEO said Tennyson will remain with the company to help it with its management transition through mid-November. Clayton is the parent company of Pittsburgh-based title agency ValuAmerica, which was purchased by Clayton in October 2015.
