Nationwide Title Clearing received one gold and three silver awards for 2021 in the 15th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service
Vice President of Business Development Jeremy Pomerantz won the Sales Representative of the Year gold award. His earnings represent 60 percent of the five-member sale team’s revenue.
Chief Revenue Officer Danny Byrnes received the silver award for Senior Sales Executive of the Year. At the helm of the sales and marketing departments, Byrnes ended 2020 47 percent over 2019, with $90-plus million in revenue generated.
NTC’s sales team accepted the silver award for National Sales Team. The group includes Pomerantz, Debbie Lastoria, Meaghan Hunter, Lindsey Trebian and Charles Runyon. They have successfully established the company as a critical vendor to 25 of the top 30 entities in the financial industry.
NTC’s client services team received the silver award as Customer Service Department of the Year. Run by Runyon, vice president sales and client relations, and Director Client Services Terry Mundon, the team consists of four national account executives and 15 client service representatives.
“Winning such prestigious awards is a perfect acknowledgment for the hard work that my teams put in day after day. I am very proud of them,” Byrnes said. “Knocking on the door of $100 million with such a small team and maintaining client satisfaction during this pandemic is a testament to their abilities.”
More than 2,300 nominations in 51 nations were considered in this year’s Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service competition. Winners, determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine judging committees, will be recognized during a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.
