North American Title Co. (NATC) has selected a managing escrow officer for its Cascade branch in Colorado Springs, Colo.
NATC said Teiah Hester has experience as a real estate paralegal, title department manager and escrow professional. She has served as an escrow officer in Colorado Springs since 2015.
In her new position, Hester will close residential and commercial transactions, short sales and relocations, while also serving in a supervisory role.
“Teiah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our Cascade office,” NATC Colorado President Natalie Koonce said in a release. “As branch manager, her knowledge about both commercial and residential transactions plus her background in compliance is a phenomenal addition to the team. We are so fortunate to have her join North American Title.”
NATC said Hester began her career in Florida as a real estate paralegal, working for several law firms handling corporate transactional purchases, bankruptcy case files, debt collection and general practice issues. As a licensed title agent, she also managed commercial real estate transactions and later developed and implemented a real estate department for a litigation firm.
