Lincoln Scoffield joined Old Republic National Title Insurance Co. (ORNTIC) as vice president and Utah state manager. He will report to Jeff Wiener, senior vice president of ORNTIC and Rocky Mountain Division Agency Manager.
In his new role, Scoffield will be responsible for the company’s branch operations in Utah, including ensuring their profitability and managing the various department managers.
Lincoln holds a B.A. in American Studies from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and graduated Cum Laude from Williamete University College of Law in Salem, Ore. He has worked as an attorney for an Oregon real estate firm, as well as vice president and general counsel for a title insurance company.
In 2007, Lincoln founded Cornerstone Title Agency LLC. During his time there, he served as president and grew the company to five offices with more than 40 employees. In 2013, Lincoln was honored to receive the Utah Business “40 under 40” award.
“Having worked with Lincoln for a number of years, I am confident in his ability to grow Old Republic’s Title’s name recognition and footprint in Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area and throughout Utah,” Wiener said.
