LenderClose has expanded its staff with the addition of two sales representatives and a software developer, the company announced.
The company said it has added 15 employees since the start of the year. Joining the LenderClose as sales representatives are Troy Allen and Kathy Bell; Caleb Salt was hired as software developer.
“We’re building out our team to support steady growth, which continues to affirm our belief that we’re offering credit unions and community banks the best digital lending platform,” LenderClose Chief Operating Officer Ben Rempe said in a release. “We’re always evaluating the size and skills of our staff to maintain the best possible customer service experience, and to find new ways to enhance platform features and functionality.”
Allen previously served as regional manager of Community 1st Credit Union, where he managed four branches and 25 employees. The company said he has more than 17 years of experience in banking.
Bell most recently worked as a client executive with ACS and as a senior sales executive with Dice Holdings. LenderClose said she has expertise developing sales strategies in highly competitive markets.
Salt previously served as a software programmer analyst for IMT Computer Services, where he worked in a fully test-driven development agile programming environment.
