The 2024 Association for Title Information Management (ATIM) conference kicks off Wednesday, April 17, in San Diego.
The Title Report will be in attendance, sitting in on numerous sessions as well as taking the opportunity to meet industry colleagues face-to-face.
After an opening reception late Wednesday afternoon, D. Bello CEO Chief Operating Officer Andrew Acker will kick off formal proceedings Thursday.
Kylie Quentell, Amrock vice president, team member experience, will then delve into the act of balancing people, process and technology in the title landscape.
Karen Koogler, president and CEO of The Koogler Group, will then walk guests through evolving artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities in her session, “Bringing Ethics and Values to the Bottom Line: Protecting Consumers in an Era of AI, LLM, and GPT.”

Before wrapping up the conference on Friday, Pat Carney, CEO of Viking Sasquatch, will educate guests on the benefits of integrations, robotic process automation and application program interfaces.
Peter Bowman, Flueid founder and CEO,; Jina Choi of EJC International; and Kenneth Marks, director of title operations, First National Title Insurance Co., will cap off the event with a talk on verification of title and title decisioning.
