A distinguished group of speakers will take the stage over the next three days at the 18th annual National Settlement Services Summit (NS3) at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in Florida.
The event’s more than 800 attendees will hear from about 60 speakers during more than 20 sessions.
Keynote speaker Chris Mygatt, senior vice president and Core 4 Engagement Leader at Coldwell Banker Realty, will kick off the event on Wednesday. He will be followed by state regulators from Utah, Virginia, Colorado and Florida discussing priorities for 2022/23 and how you should prepare your business.
Wednesday’s offerings also will include the sessions “Cash is King” and “Planning for the Future of Your Business.” Three networking events (Make a Child Smile community outreach event, Opening Night Reception and the Networking Nightcap) will end the day’s festivities.
Following the networking breakfast on Thursday morning, NBA Hall-of-Famer Rick Barry will discuss his basketball career and his life after the hardwood. Thursday also will include the awarding of our coveted October Research Awards and our Make A Child Smile presentation.
Attendees will be treated to three tracks of educational sessions (Cutting Edge, Compliance and Collaborative Workshops) before and after our all-inclusive attendee lunch. The day closes with an underwriter panel which this year features C-Suite executives from Old Republic National Title Insurance Co., Doma Title Insurance, Inc., First National Title Insurance Co., Stewart, First American Title Insurance Co. and the FNF Family of Companies.
Friday will be highlighted by Elliot Eisenberg, chief economist, GraphsandLaughs, LLC, discussing the housing market, as well as education tracks which include informative sessions on optimizing sales success and partner collaboration. Industry icons will answer questions and discuss a wide range of topics during our Ask the Experts event.
