RamQuest Inc. announced that its Closing Market digital network is now integrated with First American Title Insurance Co.’s AgentNet system.
The integration provides title agents issuing First American policies with access to AgentNet directly through RamQuest’s Closing Market network. There is no extra cost. A similar announcement was made by SoftPro in June.
“The addition of the First American AgentNet integration to the Closing Market network is another instance of RamQuest’s ongoing efforts to develop new partnerships that enable our customers to do business better and more efficiently,” said Brooks Yeager, director of Internet services at RamQuest. “We are excited to see this partnership expand and will continue to work with First American to bring the best possible services to our mutual customers.”
With this integration, agents now have a fast, easy way to generate approved First American closing protection letters and policy jackets. Agents can also search prior policies without leaving the Complete Closing title production platform. Data keyed into Complete Closing is automatically duplicated in AgentNet, minimizing clerical errors and creating consistency across systems.
“Agents are interested in using technology that maximizes their efficiency,” said Larry Godec, chief information officer for First American. “Integrating AgentNet with Closing Market is a good example of First American’s ongoing commitment to saving our agents time and money.”
